Hi, I’m Eric and I am the owner of Computer Systems Outlet. So, how did this store get its name? Back in 1996 I worked for this shop under a different owner; we provided affordable refurbished desktops, laptops and low cost computer repair to the University of Arkansas Students and Fayetteville computer repair was just as important. This store was setup and geared toward the students and their budget. The name Outlet was given because we sold factory refurbished laptops and desktops. Being a student is tough, I know this first hand, so working for a business that was a help to the community and students gave me pride and in turn that helped the customer. I bought this business May 2002 and 13 years later, I am still providing the same great sales and service. So, after 13 years my clients include local businesses, private individuals, a county seat and of course, students from the U of A. I treat all of my past clients with the same reliability and meticulous attention to detail as my present clients. I have no large advertising budget, so the very lifeblood of my business is repeat customers, word of mouth and referrals; basing my work through personal relationships, quality, affordability and above all, trust.

The cosmetic condition ranges from good to excellent, includes a recovery patition, loaded applications, antivirus securities and a new mouse/keyboard.
Our FREE Computer Repair Diagnostic is performed before any work is done. I will perform this service once you enter my shop, if the machine needs additional attention, I will request you to leave the computer and I will call you with an estimate including parts and labor. This service is Free.

- FREE Computer Repair Diagnostic Fee: Free
- Standard Labor $40.00 per Hour
- Basic hard drive recovery, spyware removal and virus removal rate is 2 hours $80.00 for non-damaged hard drives
- Laptop screen repair labor $80.00 plus the price of the screen, screens range from $75.00-$200.00 depending on the model. Average screen price is $110.00.
- TLC Tune-Up, 2 hours or $80.00, This includes Virus and Spyware removal, registry fix, check disk fix (for bad sectors), driver update and application cleanup.
